The pendant, which is wired for electricity and rated for use in a damp or covered outdoor space, also looks really terrific hanging from a tree and holding battery-operated votive candles. I know this because I tested it at my house, as you can see above. (You know we can't resist an easy DIY project here at Gardenista.) After wrapping the electrical components in a waterproof plastic bag, I hung the pendant from a tree limb, and put a few battery-operated votives inside.
